With the quiet shore communities of Allenhurst and Deal to the north, and not a single business in the entire town, Interlaken is as relaxing a community as you’ll find – as it was intended to be! It’s a great place to settle down!
Being a quiet town doesn’t mean Interlaken is boring. Hot shore towns like Long Branch, Belmar, and Asbury Park are a short drive away. There is ample shopping along the Route 35 corridor, while Route 18 gives you easy access to the Garden State Parkway and North Jersey and New York. With multiple golf courses also a short drive away, fishing on Shark River, and much more, it’s no wonder that once someone moves to Interlaken, they never want to leave!
