Woodbridge Township is the oldest township in the county obtaining a charter in 1669. It covers 24.6 square-miles making it the fifth largest as well as the seventh most-populated township in Middlesex County. Located across the Arthur Krill River from Staten Island and with easy access to central Jersey and New York City, this municipality contains the headquarters for the New Jersey Turnpike authority, the intersection of the Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, and miles of U.S. Routes 1, 9, 27, 35, 184, and 440. There are also convenient public transportation options including three train stations and NJ Transit runs many routes to popular destinations like Port Authority.

Even though Woodbridge makes it easy to travel, there is little reason to leave the town with everything you can find here.
